Kamen Rider Den-O Cho Climax Form

Cho Climax Form, originally advertised as Kamen Rider Cho Den-O, is Den-O's eighth form, exclusive to the Cho Den-O & Decade, and thus, the continuity of the Kamen Rider Decade series. It is identical to the original Climax Form in being stronger version of Sword Form that incorporates the DenKamen of the other three primary Den-O forms onto various parts of the armor, but with the addition of Wing Form's DenKamen attached to the back to provide wings and further detailing done to the helmet.
